At Fajjar Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality boxing equipment. Due to the nature of our products (manufacturing, wholesale, and customized orders), our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Custom-made products
• Private label / OEM orders
• Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective items:

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos as proof
• Claims after 3 days may not be accepted

After verification, we may offer:

• Replacement of defective items
• Partial refund (if applicable)

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before production starts
• Once production has begun, cancellation is not allowed
• Any advance payment made may be non-refundable

4. Custom & Private Label Orders

For OEM and private label orders:

• No refunds or returns are accepted once production begins
• The buyer is responsible for approving all designs, logos, and specifications before production

5. Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs
• Any damage during shipping must be reported immediately with evidence

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed using the original payment method (if possible)
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days
• Bank or transfer charges are non-refundable

7. Important Notes

• Slight variations in color, design, or finishing may occur due to manufacturing processes
• These variations are not considered defects
