Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that any logos or designs provided do not violate trademarks or copyrights.

7. Production & Delivery

Production time typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on order size and customization.
Delivery times may vary based on shipping method and destination.
Fajjar Industries is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Shipping & Risk

All goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk unless otherwise agreed.
Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are dispatched from our facility.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Returns & Claims

Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt.
Any claims regarding defects or damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
We will review and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
